Currently, we provide a 'superbill' or reimbursable receipt to our patients for out of network payors. The patient is responsible for the full payment. Your insurance company may reimburse you directly for services. In-network providers; Anthem, Patoka Valley, and Medicaid. Other in-network providers are being added soon.
Every insurance plan is different. Call your insurance to see if your child is covered for speech services. Please see the 'questions to ask' section for more information.
Parents are encouraged to know what their insurance plan offers. Click on the download button below "10 things to ask about your insurance plan' to find hints on what to ask your insurance about speech services.
Some insurance plans don't cover therapy services. Or they only cover them with certain limitations. If your insurance doesn't cover services but you still would like to receive services, private pay rates are available.
Tiny Tots Speech Therapy is a Medicaid provider. If your child has medicaid as a secondary, your primary insurance will be billed first and medicaid is responsible for remaining funds if appropriate.
Some insurances have a limit on the amount of visits your child is allowed. If your insurance has a therapy cap, private pay rates are available. Talk to your provider for more information regarding pricing.
These forms need to be downloaded and sent back completed to Tiny Tots Speech Therapy before services can begin.
